Welcome! We are located in St. Charles Missouri. This website, for the residents of Hidden Oaks, offers residents the opportunity to communicate with each other as well as with the Board. Please visit the links on the left side to get you around this neighborhood.

We will need people to be nominated for the board also. Please let a current board member know if you are interested. We also need Chairpersons for the major events of the neighborhood. Hidden Oaks Homeowners Association Board Vacancy Announcement

This note is to inform all residents of Hidden Oaks Homeowners Association that we have a mid- term vacancy on the Board of Directors. According to our covenants in Article V Section 4 the remaining board members may continue or we can hold a special election. The remaining board members will continue as noted. However, if any of you wish to be on the board to finish the term out, please contact Kirsten Harrison. The remainder of the term is now through the annual meeting that will be held in March. Also, please note we will need additional people to be on the ballot for the annual meeting that is in March. If you are interested, please go to the Hidden Oaks website www.hidden-oaks.com and on the menu on the left click on Covenants and all of Article 5 is what is required of the Board. Again, if you are interested, please contact Kirsten.

WANTED: Chairperson for each of 2 Main Events in Hidden Oaks

We are looking for chairpersons to head up the organizing of the Easter Egg Hunt and the SummerFest. This person- one for each- would be the one to line up help to get each event off the ground and running each year. They would find volunteers to help with the stages and coordinate with the board on the budget or any changes to original structure. The current structure instructions will be given to the new chairperson to use as a guide to help get this off the ground. As changes to any of the structure as it is now it needs to be approved by the board first.
